What interests me is the low end to mid range power gains of the unit (which is why i want a real graph). correct me if i am wrong, but this turbo just blow hot air at the top end, it is being mated to a fairly large 2.3 ltr after all. unfortunately some compromise for longevity needs to be added to the equation (which we see from the factory). the tolerances are just not the same, and the compression levels are much more suited towards the boosted end of the spectrum. ![]() you cant have the best of both worlds, it is not a vtec motor created to rev to 11k. any turbo motor i have ever dealt with loses power at high rpms, it is sort of the nature of the turbo beast. people want power above 5500, but that realistically isnt going to happen.
